Tuberis Nature & Spa Resort

We spontaneously booked for 1 night 9-10 Nov. Key take-away for me is that this place was excellent value for money. Very nice rooms and overall facilities incl. the spa. Super-friendly staff and very child-friendly hotel (playroom, playground, horses, pool..) Good location in Tuberis which is a nice little town, with grocery store etc; nice walk to Mustair e.g. The food is good, not amazing, but again great value for money. Breakfast was really great though - huge and healthy spread w/ lots of local products. We will be coming back!

Like home, but better! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the beginning the staff was super helpful and provided me with information on where I can find mountain shoes that I needed for my hike. They provided us with public transport tickets to explore the region which was more than helpful to us and saved us some €€. The service at dinner, the service at the spa, the service at the reception and bar raised the bar in professionalism for me. These are people that have amazing hospitality manners, treat you like family and they do it with a smile! The cleanliness is impeccable, regardless which amenity you use. Great decoration, lovely views from every side. Our room was maintained every day and left impeccably clean. Food was always something new for me; if you are an explorative foodie, you will love it. I have to stay, fine dining is not an everyday thing for me, as I am not used to eat small portions over a longer course of time, but its still nice to try something different. Now, how this hotel exceeded my expectations : It's the first time to see a hotel that is friendly to noise sensitive people. Generally the music they play is calming and quiet. They have quiet zones at the spa and they kindly ask you to mute your phone while in the dining room. This made my stay so much more comfortable. The only remark I have is the access to food at certain times. We arrived after 14:30, which is the time when they finish with lunch service. There isn't much around where one can get food and it certainly wasn't very pleasant to wait hungry till dinner :/ that was a bummer Otherwise, gerne wieder!

Very upset with the Tuberis Resort as they lead me to believe that I would be receiving a refund for my stay. I intentionally did not drive out to the resort because this was discussed. Afterwards they declined to return the money which was well over $400 and have not responded to any of my emails regarding the event. It's not the type of service I expected.
